On-demand Production

Our products are made to order. This means that each item is produced after the order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

- Europe: 2–5 business days

- United States: 3–7 business days

- Rest of the world: 5–20 business days

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and time of year.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

In some cases, items may be shipped separately if they come from different warehouses.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

Delays and Lost Packages

Any delays may occur due to external factors (customs, couriers, holidays).

In case of a lost or undelivered package, we will arrange a free reshipment after verifying with the courier.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the problem. We will arrange a free replacement.
